About this equipment
The John Deere 210K skip-loader is a machine designed for efficient material handling and grading tasks. This particular machine, manufactured in 2014, has been used for approximately 7,714 hours and has an operational weight of 10,936 lbs. It features an 86" J.D. GP front loader bucket, J.D. rear box blade, and an 8-scarifier set. Powered by a John Deere 4045HT072 engine, this skip-loader has a 4-speed powershift close-coupled transmission and 4WD capability.
During inspection, the machine showed several positive aspects, including a clean and dry engine compartment, no active leaks, and a well-maintained transmission. The chassis and frame are in good condition, and the hydraulic lines and fittings are clean and functioning properly. The cabin has solid floors, panels, and ceiling, with functioning operator displays and controls.
The machine does have some minor issues that can be addressed with proper maintenance and repairs. It required a jumpstart and emitted minor amounts black smoke at startup and under load. There was also excessive play at the front left side hub to main axle connection. The are minor leaks and residual oil at a few hydraulic cylinders, but the hydraulic system is functioning well. For more details check out the detail inspection report and walk around video!
