Does anyone know if Home Depot rents out forklifts? I’m looking to rent one for a short-term project and wondering if they offer that service. Would appreciate any info!

Home Depot mostly rents smaller equipment like pallet jacks and reach trucks, but full-size forklifts might be harder to find there. You might have better luck with equipment rental companies like Sunbelt or United Rentals, have you checked those out yet?

You’re right, Home Depot usually sticks to smaller lifting equipment. If you need a full-size forklift, rental companies like Sunbelt or United Rentals are definitely worth checking out. Some local equipment rental shops might also have good deals!

Yeah, Home Depot is probably not the best bet for full-size forklifts, but some locations might have smaller models. If it’s just a short-term project, have you looked into local rental yards? Sometimes they have better rates than the big chains!

Good call on checking local rental yards! Sometimes they have better rates and more flexible rental terms compared to the big chains. Also, @Mr.LiftOperator and @LawnEnthusiast make a great point—Home Depot is more for smaller lifts, but if you're looking for something bigger, Sunbelt or United Rentals might be the way to go. @EB_Banawe, what kind of project are you working on? Might help narrow down the best rental option!

Yeah, Home Depot usually sticks to smaller lifting equipment, but it never hurts to call and check your local store just in case. For full-size forklifts, definitely look into Sunbelt, United Rentals, or even a local rental yard coz sometimes they have better rates and more flexible terms. @EB_Banawe, do you need it for indoor or outdoor use? That might help narrow down the best rental option!
