Hey everyone,

I’m thinking long-term about my future in construction and wondering what it really takes to build a solid career in this industry. What skills, certifications, or paths have helped you grow and stay successful over time? Would love to hear any tips or lessons learned from those who’ve been in the game for a while!

Great question, Delfran! I’ve found that staying curious and always learning. Whether it’s new tech, tools, or certifications it really helps in the long run.

No doubt, getting certified (OSHA, NCCER, CDL, etc.) opens doors fast. Pair that with solid work ethic, showing up on time, and learning from the vets on site? You’re golden. Also, networking in this field is underrated, it's who you know that can land you your next gig.
