What is the best way to lay pavers for a durable and professional-looking finish? Any tips for preparing the base, leveling, and spacing the pavers correctly? Any advice or step-by-step guidance would be really helpful.

You can start by preparing a solid base with crushed stone, to ensure it's well-compacted. Use a leveling tool for a smooth, even surface, and maintain consistent spacing between pavers using spacers or string lines for accuracy.Hope this helps!

Good tips! Also, don’t forget to use a plate compactor after laying the pavers to set them in place. A good layer of polymeric sand in the joints helps lock everything together and prevents weeds. What kind of project are you working on?

Great tips already! I’d add that it’s super important to make sure your base is sloped slightly to allow for water drainage it keeps everything from shifting over time. What kind of paver pattern are you going for, like a herringbone or running bond?

I’d also say don’t skimp on the geotextile fabric under the base, it helps prevent shifting and weeds long term. Curious about whether anyone tried using edging restraints with spikes to keep borders tight?
