I’ve been thinking about whether to stick with full-time construction work or explore seasonal jobs instead. For those of you who’ve done both, what are the biggest pros and cons? Does one offer better pay, flexibility, or long-term stability?

Great question, Cody! I’ve done both, and honestly, it really depends on your lifestyle and goals. Seasonal work gave me more time off in the winter, which was great, but full-time definitely offered better benefits and steadier income.
