Who manufactures Clark forklifts? Are they still made by the original company, or have they changed ownership over the years?

Clark forklifts are still made by Clark Material Handling Company, and they’ve been around forever! They’ve changed hands a bit over the years, but they’re still cranking out solid machines. Are you looking at getting one, or just curious about their history?
